Samsung Galaxy S5 - What to expect?

In the last couple of years, Samsung has provided many smartphones options, from low-end devices to high-end. This last ones, the Galaxy S3 and S4, in our opinion where somewhat disapointing, not worthy of the reputation.
Not because they are bad, but by what could be much better. From the cheap feeling back plastic to the hickups and crashes the OS had sometimes due to the TouchWiz UI, the experience of using this two “high-end” devices wasn't the greatest.
So what should we expect from the Galaxy S5? - As it has been every year, new and more powerfull specs, like a 2k display, the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 (announced this week at CES) or a Exynos 64bit CPU, 3GB of RAM, a 13 or 20 mpx camera and an iris scanner! As for software, a new TouchWiz UI, probably similar to the one that can be found in the new tablets (Note Pro and Tab Pro). Aesthetically Samsung has said to bring a new material to new device (hopefully not plastic) and also it's expect to be thinner and lighter.
We sure look forward to see this smartphone, especially if Samsung takes away those plastic backs. Is the Galaxy S5 going to be the next big thing?
