For the last couple of years, LG has been surprising us with its flagships,
and this time the stories remains the same.
LG has recently announced the G3 and it looks amazing.
At a quick glance, the new flagship is very similar to its older brother but the G3 has many tweaks that differentiates it from the older brother.
The new smartphone has the same thickness has the G2 but is just a bit taller and wider. In the front, there’s a bigger and better 5.5’’ Quad HD display an improvement over the 5.2’’ FHD display found in the older brother.
In the back, we find a removable anti-scratch back panel that gives access to the SIM card and SD card tray. Also the power and volume buttons as well as the 13 MP camera along side with a dual flash and a new laser auto-focus sensor which LG says that has the worlds fastest auto-focus.
To power the G3, we find a Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 clocked at 2.5GHz with 3GB of RAM , a slight improvement over the Snapdragon 800 clocked at 2.3GHz and 2GB of the G2. To keep the processor running there’s is a 3000 mAH removable battery.
On the software side, the G3 is running the latest Android 4.4.2 KitKat and the new Optimus UI.
So the question is, this is the best smartphone yet?
