Manjaro Linux... and here he is ! - 0.8.10 is out !!!

The final release of Manjaro Linux 0.8.10 is out,
and it's another step forward achieved by the Manjaro Linux team.

Both, official and community releases are available for download.

The project leader of Manjaro Linux "Philip Müller", announced on the official blog, the final release of Manjaro 0.8.10 Edition.

Manjaro team took one more small step towards to 1.0 Edition, by release 0.8.10 Edition of its operating system based on Arch-Linux, available in 2 versions of XFCE ( Premium and Minimal ), KDE and OpenBox (ManjaroBox) flavours.

Once more they improved this edition, in several features.
  • The 'Turbulence' tool is the welcome window in first use, and allows the user to change the wallpaper in KDE and OpenBox, modify the theme in KDE, amongst other functions.
  • They opted to present two versions of the Manjaro flagship... XFCE
    • Premium version allows the user to have a ready to use operating system.
    • Minimal version allows the user to build a system to is own image, with the ISO able to fit on a CD.
  • Modern graphical bootsplash
  • New default theme ( Menda )
  • New look for our welcome screen.

In community editions, the main references are available in the Manjaro servers, with some improvements at the level of the artwork, and also with the latest packages of Manjaro Linux.
