Vocal, The "Podcast Client for the Modern Desktop"
This is a small tutorial, to show how to install this application on systems based on Ubuntu, Fedora, and Arch.
Vocal, its a new Linux app, initially design for elementaryOS, with a look and feel of elementary's, and aims to give an easy access to all the sign audio/video podcasts.
If you encounter bugs, report them @Launchpad.

Like: Ubuntu, Kubuntu, ubuntu-Gnome, Xubuntu, Lubuntu, Linux-Mint. elemntaryOS, LinuxLite, etc...

- 1st Step
- Open a terminal, and copy and paste the the follow command line
- sudo apt-add-repository ppa:nathandyer/vocal-stable
- 2nd Step
- Copy the second command line, and paste on the terminal
- sudo apt-get update
- 3th Step
- Copy the third command line, and paste on the terminal
- sudo apt-get install gir1.2-granite-1.0_0.3.0 libgranite-common_0.3.0 libgranite2_0.3.0
- 4th Step
- Copy the fourth, and last command line, and paste on the terminal
- sudo apt-get install vocal
How to install on Fedora based systems
Like: Fedora, Korora, Hanthana Linux, etc...

- 1st Step
- Open a terminal, and copy and paste the the follow command line
- yum install granite
- 2nd Step
- Copy the second command line, and paste on the terminal
- yum install vocal
How to install on Arch based systems
Like: Arch, Antergos, Manjaro, Bridge Linux, etc...

- 1st Way
- Open a terminal, and copy and paste the the follow command line
- yaourt -S vocal-stable
Select your favorite podcast/videocast, and enjoy your free Linux app...
Vocal
Vocal is designed for elementary OS Freya and will work best there. It has also been tested to work great in Fedora and Ubuntu GNOME Remix, and should also work well in most GTK-based environments running GTK+ 3.14 and above.
