Sayonara Player... How to install on the main GNU/Linux systems


       On this small tutorial, we show how to install Sayonara Player on the main GNU/Linux systems, using a Terminal as our main tool to install it.


Brief introduction...

       Sayonara Player is a simple, lightweight audio player exclusive for Linux systems. It's written in C++, and it holds a lot of features in order to organize even big music collections.

Without further delay...

On Arch based systems
Like: Arch Linux, Manjaro, Antergos Archbang, ApricityOS, etc...
  • yaourt sayonara
    • Then choose the number of the file to install,  and press Enter usually are the first ones on the list < 1 - 5 >  to appear )
    • Follow the instructions to finish the install

On Ubuntu based systems
Like: Ubuntu Family, LinuxMint, elementaryOS, LinuxLite, etc...

Open your terminal, then copy and paste the follow commands lines
    • sudo apt-add-repository ppa:lucioc/sayonara
    • sudo apt-get update
    • sudo apt-get install sayonara

    On Fedora based systems
    Like: Fedora, Korora Project, Hanthana Linux, Pidora, Chapeau, etc...

    Open your terminal, then copy and paste the follow command lines
    • sudo yum sayonara
      or
    • sudo dnf install sayonara

      On openSuse based systems
      Like: openSuse, Gecko Linux, Linkat  etc...

      Open your terminal, then copy and paste the follow command lines
      • su zypper install sayonara


      On Mageia

      Open your terminal, then copy and paste the follow command lines
      • urpmi sayonara
