So, what is it...

Vivaldi is a multi-platform and freeware web browser, developed by Vivaldi Technologies. The browser was generally used by previous Opera web browser users disgruntled by Opera's transition from, the Presto layout engine to the Blink layout engine, which removed many popular features in the process.

My own experience with Vivaldi leads me to say that, it's a new powerful tool to give you a new approach to go on-line.
